First floor Suite has Large bathroom with ball & claw tub and seperate shower .  Queen bed with all cotton and maltlasse' linens, setee, and waterfall vanity, and a full size four poster bed. Read a book in the parlor. Home is period decorated.  We always have bottled water for our guests. Relax in the Back Courtyard Garden, or enjoy the front porch swing.  Check your e-mails, with our free wireless .We want your time with us to be an enjoyable experience,  whether it be after a day of Shopping in the Historic District,  the Tarpon Springs Greek Sponge Docks, Howard Park, or playing Tennis and kayyaking at Graig Park.

Rates for First Floor Suite: 
                                     $119.00/night  for two, 20.00 for each additional person, can sleep four.

Check in is at 3:00, and check out time is 11:00. Whole house for up to six, can be rented for 250.00 per day.
 Half deposit required for nightly's, weekly's and monthly's, nonrefundable. Balance due at check in.
